Frequently Asked Questions

  • If this is your first experience with Pilates, we strongly recommend starting with a few private sessions. You’ll work 1-on-1 with an instructor who will introduce you to the Pilates method, explaining the fundamentals and teaching you how to properly engage your core. Our goal is to get you as comfortable and confident as possible before making the transition to group classes.

  • Form-fitting, comfortable workout attire is recommended. You want to be able to move freely, without worrying that your clothing will get caught in the machine. Grip socks are required for all Pilates classes. We have various styles for sale at the studio or you are welcome to bring your own.

  • There is a small parking lot behind the building with a limited number of spots available. During our busiest hours, we ask that you utilize street parking on Foothill Blvd or Fifth Ave. Our clients are also welcome to park in the CVS parking lot, along the right side only. Please be considerate of our residential neighbors and avoid parking in front of houses.

  • All packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Packages are non-transferable. All sales are final. No refunds and no extensions will be given. For more information, please view our Terms and Conditions.

  • All reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Early Cancel: Sessions may be canceled 12 or more hours in advance with no penalty. Your prepaid session will remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.

    No Show/Late Cancel: If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not attend class, or if you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of the session, as if you had attended. For more information, please view our Terms and Conditions.

  • We intentionally keep our Reformer class sizes small, a maximum of six people, to ensure each client receives the quality instruction and attention they deserve. Our focus is on form. We want you moving correctly, engaging the proper muscles, and getting the full benefit of the Pilates method. Keeping class sizes manageable also helps us ensure your safety when using the equipment.

    Please note: we require a minimum of two clients per class. If only one person is signed up we must cancel the class. For more information, please view our Studio Policies.

  • Yes! With a note of approval from your doctor, you are more than welcome to take class. During the first trimester, you can still participate in group classes. Once you enter the second trimester, we ask that you continue your training with private sessions so that we can modify the workout for the safety of both you and your baby.

  • Yes, if they are 16 years of age or older, and with parental consent. A private session is recommended before joining group classes. A parent or guardian must attend the first session to sign a waiver.
